Subscription Terms

Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period. Your monthly plan renews at $11/mo. Your annual plan renews at $120/yr. You authorize Council Fire to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. You will receive an email reminder before your annual plan renews.

Council Fire is a monthly physical letter subscription. Each month, you receive a letter in the mail with stories, reflections, and tools from our Thursday night gatherings. Every subscriber starts with Issue 01 and progresses through the series in order. Plans available: Monthly ($11/mo) and Annual ($120/yr, save $12).

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal with no cancellation fee. Once canceled, your subscription ends immediately and no further letters will be sent. To cancel, visit your Stripe Customer Portal (link provided in your welcome email) or email councilfireco@gmail.com. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Letters are mailed via USPS by the 5th of each month. If you subscribe mid-month, your first letter ships with the next monthly cycle, not immediately. For example, if you subscribe on April 9th, your first letter ships by May 5th. Please allow 5-7 business days for USPS delivery. To update your shipping address, visit your Stripe Customer Portal or email us. Currently shipping to US addresses only.
